The plucking of strings
the harp that sings
the player that watches
the show

the night that cuts through to
the last dance with you
until it's time for the moment
to go.

Below the beat of the beat
under your feet on the street
where the night comes in
easy and slow
the last of the Sun
makes its long final run
and it's time for the
moment to go.
