Tonight I can see Mars, distant galaxies , new born stars,

The moon, just out of reach but my eyes can spy the sea of tranquility, laid out naked for all to see,

Tomorrow though I wont see , the next person to stand next to me

They'll be a stranger, almost an alien from who knows where, the only thing we have in common is the oxygen we share

In a trance and in their zone, me in mine, as long as our realities dont cross then I'm sure we'll be fine

But today I want to talk, we're not going anywhere and have no reason to walk

Words are spoken, and its only silence that is broken, stern upright and in disgust, like my kindness was a weapon as into your heart it was ******

So today it didn't work this random reason to share thought and time, the lead balloon was arrested and charged with a crime, I smiled and waved , left you there for the rest of the world to see how you behaved
