May 2016
Never let any day to stay
in the memory
to recur like fractured
faces of the season
seized in a moment

it could be a falling leaf
a snowflake lingering
before melting away
a flower with one broken petal
completing the essence of its being
rain drops like tears
on strings

sorrows were easy too
now joy darkens
by the continuous retention
under the unnamed nights
before the single day
