I awaken to a brand new day
May the universe hold true
And find it's way to my heart
I'm mostly an arrogant *******
No humility within my soul
I take so much for granted
And it's hard to let go
I find the wrong in situations
Not looking for beauty
And my mind is so negative
May the universe find it's sway
Help me to get through this day
And I will surely do my part
What that consists of only heaven knows
But if I look to the universe
Surely things will get better
