Shoot me down Babylon
take from me
Jerusalem,

I'm dying to give life free reign.

Same as the same is
we get nothing in
show biz
shoot me down
Babylon
before I get on the stage.

Out on the West Bank
sat in the drunk tank
talking
as if I'm the King,
but Solomon faults me and
Babylon bolts me
looks like
I'll never be free.
