Insecurities fade as you grow of age,
Revealing your inner opinion.

The body you carry is yours,
Full to your possession.
Care of it, for its the only thing that'll stay with with you till eternity.

Your body is a temple and you do as you please.
Need less to say it'll only bring you ease.

Find it's beauty, not by appearance but by the way it works as one.
Admire the way it carries the pressure,
And may you never find displeasure.
Love your skin for it has been beautifully done.
