What  is  sleep.
Is  it  a  night  long  restful  sleep.
Something  I  never  get.

I  just  lie  tossing  and  turning,
ranting  and  raving.

Nightmares,  and  blasts,
from  the  past.

Oh  what  I'd  give  for
a  good  nights  sleep.
