Nothing much.
I wish you would not think I hung the moon
I didn't you know..
I wish you would not compare me to constellations
They adorn the night sky with such beauty
and I could never be so..
I wish you would not believe you need me to breathe
I am not the air that fills your lungs..
My eyes do not hold the answers to the universe
no matter what the weather..
The pedestal you put me upon is so high
I am afraid of falling
and when I do,
because I will..
You will see that I am just a human being
with countless flaws and faults
with an anxious mind
a foolish heart
and eyes that are
just brown.
