You ask about my state of mind
You don't have a clue
Sitting in the ornate chair
Painting me black and blue

Shades of darkness cloud the way
In which I should be thinking
Unravel me if you wish
And see if you can play

Obvious questions the standard ones
Like what's this shape mean to you
Can you tell me when it started
Why do you colour
In darkest hues

I'll let you in once I find
Your weakest little link
And when your locked deep inside
Its you who will need the shrink
