Don't know why I never noticed
Must have been trying hard not to see
What was right there all along
It wasn't until I started to tumble
Head over heals all the way down...down
To the bottom of the sea of love..I flounder
Where I lost my breath and began to drown

Like a flash of angry blinding light
I saw the damage done by every single fight
Then I didn't want to see..what it was that I saw
What I suddenly saw was,the writing .....
                 ......the writing on the wall
It was written there plain and simple
It was right there for all to see
I must of been blind to the truth
I must of not wanted to ever face it
Not willing to ever see eye to eye
All those demonic little letters
That made up just one message
And all it said was ...........good-bye
