When you're standing on the edge
Of tomorrow
And there's nothing as far
As your eye can see
So you ask yourself a question
Like so many times before
Where do I go from here
Is there an answer to how do you
Get back home when you've
Burned all the bridges
And you're walking all alone
Is there an answer to ....
...where do I go from here
When you've used up all the time...
           ......you can borrow
You seem to be caught up in life's
Forever revolving door
No one else seems to know the answer
To the question you've asked before
How long can this go on.....?

So you find yourself
On life's lonely highway
Miles and miles
Of endless eternity ahead
You see it all
In an awesome silence
The words rebounding
Throughout your head

Where - - where - where
Will the road lead me
Why have I been led to here
When will we know the answers
To the questions we hold so dear
