Up, down, sideways, and back again.
It's the rapid cycle and it is no joke.
I'm going through changes so quickly
I don't even remember what I've said
or done in the last few hours. Please
forgive any erratic behaviour.

I'm not kidding. This happens to me
every now and then. I'm terribly anxious.
And scared. I don't know when it will
end, or even IF it will!

I have to remember God's promises.
Good thoughts/prayers appreciated!

I AM going off site a while.
I need to level out. I took my meds
and should be o.k. it just feels
like I'm out of control.
