This morning at
the table,
over breakfast,
I wanted to open my
mouth.

I wanted to open it wide and let your
fears
worries
dreams
hopes
desires
climb
inside
and find a place
to stay without the dread
of euphoria passing

The dread of euphoria passing and
I love you so
I don't want this to
stop

This morning at the table,
over breakfast and
you
I wanted to open my mouth
and say that
all I want
all I need
all I can bear
is you.
