I ask one thing from you

as I will do what ever you ask me to

but the one thing I request from you

is your portrait in pastels

Not matter how good or bad you are

I want to see your soul in picture form

know all the hurt you have felt

all the pain to you that's been dealt

I want to heal your delicate broken heart

make you see sense in the madness before I depart

to the last sweet years with happiness abound

where laughter and squeals of joy are the only sounds

I will sing to you with perfect music and poetry

holding you close with arms of love most wonderful

then everyday when the sun does rise

I'd kiss you good morning and say I love you
