I look into the eye's of the child so innocent
And see the world so wondrous reflected back
With questions unanswered
Knowledge to gain
This child in time so refrained
From harming another

The innocent face of pure love
Looks to the world
For the guiding hand
Of mother earth and her love

Listening close the child can hear
All around the sounds of life
And see the path that must be walked
