LIFE’S CONUNDRUM

Don’t be too nice
It could cause your downfall
People take you to be weak
Most regard you to be small.

They are saying-the big people
Are to be reckoned with—handle them with care
But since you are small
None bothers whether you are here or there.

These people like to pontificate
Vilify, condemn or criticize
You are small and can’t fight back
They don’t hesitate  to despise.

Don’t be too nice
Be firm, have faith and walk tall
You should be no one’s prisoner or slave
Nor should you bend to people’s bidding or call.
