Poems
Sep 2015
factory town
//
out past the prison
On to
The green
All the girls
Waiting for the police men to come around
//
They often have fresh water
And the girls can get some
••
The perpetually gray sky
In its silence
Mocks the blue birds
Who once filled the day with song
( but they are gone )
::
the women are old by 25
::
The men all look like they are
Perpetually 15

Factory town
The. Last One
::""::
If it wasn't for all the killing and dying
We might say
STRANGE VIBES COMING DOWN
//(!) //
but the killing and dying have a different
Story to tell
•
What it is we don't talk about
( especially if you are
In need of water )
