~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
tell me now the secrets of your mornings
of the dreams that plant their seeds
In your heart that never does grow weary
I hear the children of the song
Moving in the love for which they are longing
Within every breath whose death is
What you are fearing
As I remain
By your side
And hold the pain that you are feeling
As you lay beside me
And call it mine
////
We are so Far away
And so very
Here Forever
( & here we'll stay )
You and me
And the world
•
•
We hear all the storied
excuses for the pain
The children of the earth
I wonder why
You don't simply destroy me
We the old & busted relics of a Man
that once lived with pride and glory
so many years since those days
When humanity
Filled the world with truthfulness and grace
Tears flow and every face
Contains within itself
Such abused feelings and broken children's love
But still we live in each other 's eyes
And give our strength with every touch
Still we remain
Always the same
You & Me
,,,
Tell me now the secrets of your mornings
I am weary
And we are love
