Every Touch
I drown myself in music.
To forget everything I feel.
I remember and feel nothing
but what i am hearing at this very moment.
I need to forget it all.
Forget the shame,
the pain,
the agony of it all.
Every line I step across.
I only burden myself.
Every friendship I make turns to ruins.
Every cut
Every blood dropped on to the pavement
was all for you.
You broke me.
And all their touches deformed my heart.
But here I am
Still alive.
