I saw you today
When I was leaving work
You..Standing there with boys
Laughing… Looking good
Feeling strong
Waiting for a fun night to unfold

Me and my coolest persona
Just melted away
As soon as my eyes… saw you and your grace
My knees soften like a delicate wool
Humbled face looked down
To rush away
To escape a little tear
That turned so quickly in my eyes

Memories of the past
Of each time you were going out
Reminded...
You would always try to come by...

Not this time.

Night like this… when knowing you would call
Then knock later at my door
Meant so much, felt divine.

Not this time.

Tonight-  It is Hard
To see you go
To let you go
To feel...
...You are gone.
