Ode to a Venison Salami
Alas, poor venison salami, I knew ye well!
You were a dear, dear friend
But then you met your sorry end
at my fair catβs royal command
I'll sing a dirge & sound the Bell
I'll tip my hat & say farewell
to your sweet, succulent delight
may we neβer lose it out of sight.
