Sorrow comes in many different shapes and sizes
To fill the heart, to fill the mind
To keep you up with things you've done
And the state of mankind

Sorrow sets your mind back into the past you've left behind
As if it's building pressure awaiting the ultimate storm
If you let the sorrow overwhelm
The darkness may forever realm

As we live with the sorrow of regret
Over what's been done or what's been said
With no place to lay your head
In that you have made your own bed

Lift your mind from past regrets
Do not let sorrow consume your life with threats
Learn lessons from all sorrow you face
Move forward, soon you will see
The knowledge you've consumed from
Mistakes in life may set you free!!!
