A flash of violet,
Extends from the grey,
Broken stone,
Surviving with green,
In its hands,
And dirt,
Beneath its feet,
Within the valley,
of split rock,
Entangling in,
Roots the frail soil,
Spreading,
Parting the ****,
In seeming immortality,
With youth,
And new joy,
Colour restored,
But longevity taken,
The eternal existence,
Replaced with new,
Vibrancy.
Cling.
On.
