She knew it was wrong,

The moment she put her head to rest
on his shoulder,

She knew it was wrong,

When he started kissing her
In a quiet corner,

She knew it was wrong,

As soon as she climbed into his bed
That drunken night,

She knew it was wrong,

To return to his arms
Day after day,

She knew it was wrong,

When she still kept texting him
After saying goodbye,

She knew it was wrong,

To hurt that girl so cruelly
Whom she never even had met,

She knew it was wrong!

But how could something so wrong
Just feel so right?
