Man and The beast
Come brothers, come sisters
Were having a feast
I'll tell you the tale
Of the man and the beast
The world is a beast
With no head to speak
And God but a Man
With no legs to stand
With nowhere to go
The Man climbed atop
The beast so subdued
With no way to stop
The beast was ashamed
For she was below
she carried the man
For she couldn't say no
The beast trotted on
While the man was light
But the reins in his mouth
Began to feel tight
The Man amassed
As beast succumbed
He'd forgotten at last
Who he stole his legs from
The beast was lost
in a maze of Man
A dire cost
just to stand
