A Love Story Woven In Haikus
Snow, blossoms, grass, glow
Of the moon, and the shepherd
With his girl in dream!
Her cheeks in full blush,
Lips sparkling in solitude,
And love to the brim!
"time to tie the knot,
Time to make thee mine for keeps,
And forthwith be done!"
"bind my life with thy
Fidelity and will soar
This bond to the blue!
And I am thy soul,
O Shepherd, till you goodbye
Bid and we are one!"
"No, O my Princess,
I am not the pearl of thy
Plush palace, never!
They will slay me, oh,
And you can't live anymore too
And our love then lost!
Better to do this now
Ourselves before they step here
And immortal will be!"
The mellow moon slept,
No snowflake, no word on lips,
Eyes silent, love bloomed!
