You knew me from the start
because you held my heart
Did you expect me not to bleed?
How can you say your sorry
when you know you cut me open
You was my heart and soul
The better half of me
You was my sweetest poetry I ever wrote
Now a part of me is broke
so how can you say your sorry
When you meant so much to me
and this ocean of love
was deep but you cut me open
much deeper
It was like my heart stopped beating
emotionally frozen
and dying inside.
A page out of my life being ripped
with a crippled and broken heart
that can't be fixed
So how can you say your sorry I don't get it.
