Mekong (Mother of Water)
when it is still, it reflects
the baby blue sky above
the waves, each sparkle
with the light brown
Coconut toffee made by locals
muddy and Overgrown, it is
the beautiful home of
Wild pythons, chicken, and rooster
Rice Popping, snake wine
fermenting, hot black sand
wood boats of Green and
Brown with Red eyes that
lead the way across the
water to the Floating Markets
