I’m not healthy,
I’m not strong,
I run – I cough,
It feels so wrong;

I used to run,
For hours on end,
I started smoking,
Just to feel cool;

Now no more;

I eat and drink,
And then some more,
Cannot reach,
My feet anymore;

I will move,
I will diet,
Not for the looks,
It’s all for health;

I need self-control,
I need support.
