It's funny that timing is everything.
Who's to say this isn't the first time.
We've probably met in many different lifetimes.
I've probably searched all my life for you.
What others told me was a waste of time I ignored them.
The only time I had was to find you.
I searched far and wide.
I was in many different regions.
My love for the search was endless.
I'd hop dimensions just to see you once again.
Not only this lifetime but in others.
What else is there to you but a mystery.
How do I know that you'll take me.
I've seen myself many times but I'm never with you.
How many times do I have to travel to just see you once.
There's a possibility that in one time you're mine.
Until I find that one spot where you're at.
I'll keep searching until I fall over and wither away.
When I see my God I'll beg to send me back just to look for you.
And see what really lies beneath that mystery.
Until then, this journey is still on schedule.

How I swayed in the air
How I have seen many nights and days
How I've seen many seasons come and go

Then one day it all changed when

All I could think of is how to get my way back
The fall felt like a million years but in mere
Seconds I was on the ground
Ready to begin anew

Lights in the night sky remind me of you
How far away they are but still so beautiful

Continue to be bright until that's all they

Even after your smile has faded away
Display that confidence that you once had

I wish I was told by someone
That pain never ends

I wish I told that we fall in the end
To alleviate this pain from under
So I can become stronger in life
Just to be turned into a puddle
Now that I'm here where to begin
To start somewhere new
And begin this journey once more
To find you in life and start again

No matter what the nature looks like
Its still really beautiful
The wind is damaging but also feels like freedom
The rain causes floods that are wrathful
But at the same time the rain
Feels so good against my skin
With each pitter patter it reminds
With each distinct sound that follows
Big drops little drops and small drops
All contain a way to bring life to this world
So when you ask about how I feel about you
I will tell you the same answer over and over
There's nothing that will change my mind from now until its over
I know I'm not a strong communicator but give me time
Things will change and I will learn how to be better for you
Change my mindset and set me free from this world to join yours

I would go to hell and back for that love again.
I would go to hell and back for that peace that I once had.
I would go back to that mind set that I had when I had you.
That love means a whole lot when it's genuine.
Now I am back to being lonely with no love.
Your name stains my teeth.
It leaves a foul taste on my lips.
But that love was to bliss to not conquer.
Only if it was for a brief time.
Every king needs to fall at least once.
