Becoming the villain
Michael Elizalde Aug 2015
My dreams were simple,
Not to complicated.

I wanted hope,
But I was rejected to be alone.

I created a company where life gives homes,
So out of the blue,
I  was being sued for a little dream I hold.

My heart keeps going no matter where life goes,
I assume I will find my justice,
But this world was too cold.

I kept fighting and fighting,
My heart kept going with all its mighty,
At first you think things go lightly,
but mostly at the end people ignore you blindly.

So finally you break,
As your heart beats for hatred,
You know at the end that you just want to betray them.

My best friend
Michael Elizalde Aug 2015
You are the shield to my armor,
The mirror to my reflection,
The second thought to my mind,
The therapist to my emotions,
And the heart that keeps my body alive.

Our friendship is like a pile of leaves,
We grow as we bloom,
We age as the leaves grow old,
And when the leaves fall,
Our friendship will still be forever within the world.

We laugh as if we were brothers,
We smile as if life can never break us apart,
But most of all we love to talk as if we were two elderly men that love to have a morning brunch together.

Somewhere to the unknown
Michael Elizalde Aug 2015
I am the unknown,
I'm the whispers in your head,
Secretly telling you things that you don't know.

I am the shadow that keeps your heart cold,
Even when you're angry,
My rage will come out as if I have your soul.

You seek hope,
I seek ignorance,
I wonder what fate you hold?

Keep running little goat,
I am hidden within you,
Even when you are alone.

I am somewhere to the unknown,
Guess what I am?
I am someone you already know.

your personality
Michael Elizalde Mar 2015
I remembered how you use to be so different,
Hearing the unspoken words become you,
Not a mask but the real you,
Your personality spoke unique,
My heart said "she must be an angel".
Some people say that "I am a fool",
My blood rushing saying "I don't care what they say! I must do!".
So I come up to her with courage,
She looked me as if she was starting to blush,
I looked straight to her eyes and said "please be mine",
She smiled at me and nodes with a yes,
My heart felt like butterflies,
I smiled and held her hand.
It's been 4 years sense we been together,
She looks at me and asks one question, "Why you choose me?".
I looked at her with great honesty and said,
"Honey you won my heart just by your personality,
Not your beauty,
Not your body,
But the being of your mind and heart."
She smiled,
I held her,
I looked at her with a great smile,
It snowed,
So I gave her as kiss,
As I said my last few words,
It was "I promise to love you forever, never forget that".

Friend
Michael Elizalde Mar 2015
You held me when I wanted to give up,
You gave me courage,
But this was love.
You said that you love me,
Even though I had no one,
My friend is what I call,
I was proud to have someone.
Never letting you go,
I promise to make our friendship worth something.
So never think our friendship is nothing,
Our friendship strong,
Just like your heart it's says trusting,
in my honesty it's stunning,
never change,
because your heart makes life feel lovely.
Thank you for protecting me,
you brought my heart back to recovery,
I'm just so lucky,
you filled my world with perfection,
I am proud to call you my buddy.
well this is the end of my poem,
I hope it didn't sound chummy,
see you next time,
I hope these word were touchy.
