An elephant went out to play
Rejoiced in Nature's sun
In the grass she danced all day
Until the day was done

The flowers in the breeze joined in
The bees buzzed out the score
She waltzed to the immortal din
She danced and danced some more

And she with largest heart went forth
To claim her rightful place
As ambassador for Nature
Her treasure we embrace

Now calling up to mind the Loves that hath passed,
They expired swift, as sure as I matured,
Will future years bring more hearts dreams,
From whence the inspiration of Love is bled?

It was a precious and a silent Love
That overwhelmed me tenderly
Toward a communion of hearts I aspired
Whose fancy I indulged when I thought of you
The little mercies of nascent Love
That bore me exalted to the Lord
For happier fortune, rejoicing in Love
Like airs from Heaven blown over me.

To sing of Love, of Purity and Bliss
Of Beauty lived, through philosophies of heart
Tis poetry to see sunshine as a kiss
For my pen testifies to sun rays art
Let poets cry for love, in their cry passion
My lines aspire to crystallise love pure
Like ocean, and as rare, laws of attraction
Work twixt hearts that crave for more amor

If I should wake to song of God
And rapt in awe I be
I would feel the moment
Of Eternity

To Heaven ferried on tune divine
I go in fits of glee
And I felt the moment
Of Eternity

To love the world is very wise
Such treasures in her heart
The sun - the sea - the moon
Tis magnificent art
