"I don't want to be in a box in the ground,"
you cried; I sat nearby
as the snow fell.
"But we all become the earth -
when we are no longer here,
we are everywhere"
Paint me a picture with ink of gold
Sculpt me a statue of my e m p t y mold

Weave me a dress with your fingertips
Show me your world through sunken lips

Can’t you see? You’re an artist
Unable to clutch a brush with a fist

Release your rage on a white frame
& Tell me that I’m all to blame

Sip up my fragile strength- spit it like fire
Continue to be my hearts latest desire
My sadness is divine, has no personal reason,
pain and pleasure are momentary, like human life;
in depth, each experience makes one sublime,
*life is a dance, with death as an invisible companion.
They burnt the entire house down
But the screams still ring out
The atrocities committed, permitted to happen
Can never be taken back, by a simple apology
And a promise to never let it happen again
The deaths, the humiliation they suffered
Are imprinted in their heads

By the time they find out
It would have been too late
A man with a boy's heart
has been set free
And he shan't stop till
He's taken everything
This world has to offer

(- secretly, he wishes that
he'd burn and the world,
the world would burn alongside him
his brain fragments
united for once, only once, in misery)

He chances upon others, his victims
They prostate in-front of him
They mirror the screams inside his head
For a short while, his retribution is fulfilled
But the screams soften to gasps,
Cries of mercy
Till they harshly grind to a halt
As he is painted crimson,
The screaming starts again
- It never stops. It just fades
into the background for a little while

For a second, he knows
Something is wrong
Something doesn't feel right
Right before he finds
Another prey.
i carry the weight of the world on my shoulders
willing or not, a part of my subconscious makeup
a disposition to take their troubles and yours as well
i live with a thousand guilty minds and mine own
yet i do not add my burdens to the load
i live with my demons caged inside
for how can you be there for the greater good
with any weakness showing of your own?
lend me no ear, my problems i will not share
that would defeat my impossible goal
to free the world of earthly cares and sorrows
a self made martyr who wants no acknowledgment
no word of thanks, thats what friends are for
but i am cracking inside
to a million shattered fragments
held together out of a sense of duty
only as strong as my own convictions
a plea for help almost escapes
these lips sewn shut
only to be swallowed and lost

When the opposites hold hands,
contradictions vanish, the fragrance,
of love wafts in the air, symmetry results;
we would then walk the middle path, Buddha smiles!

I am me and my other,
the other, my eyes,'I'-ness
is a girl, epitome of pride,
can you believe this?
I am a monk, celibate, walking the path-
of Tathagata, the infinitely merciful,
and she? capricious and young,
just the opposite of me, precisely,
yet, she is the jewel
in the thousand petaled lotus
I meditate on, day and night.
I walk upon the blade
of the gleaming metaphorical sword,
all the waking hours, without spilling
even a drop of blood,
I am the master of my mind,
keep it under my thumb, with an iron hand,
all my guru's grace, I salute him, my master,
I keep my concentration focused on-
the feet of the enlightened one,
before Buddha I prostrate,
**I chant, lift my mind, I hope,
she'll be in the eye of my trance, and evolve,
become the effulgent jewel, beyond compare.
She lives in that tranquil planet,
on the other shore of my mind, which is green ever.
Tathagata(Sanskrit):  One who has thus come/one who has gone to 'that'(Nirvana)The Buddha
