Ball and Chain
I wish I could relate to your pain
And grateful I do not bear it
Your sadness is your ball and chain
And I cannot fathom that you do not have the key
Maybe you just can't find it
But I think you have it somewhere

Bonnie and Clyde
Yeah, she was a ******
But I gotta give her props
That Bonnie, back when females were always second-class
She hung around with ****** Clyde
And she was such a villain
But ya gotta respect her
That girl got herself top billing

"High" Heels
Remember when you were a little girl
And your parents got you
For some dressy occasion
Those little shoes
With the half-inch heels
But you felt so grown
And mature
In your "High heels"
And that's when you got your strut

Best wishes
I know you love me
And you know I loved you
Once
My love changed you
You did not react well to being loved
Or maybe loving
But you became a different person
I am not blaming you for
Changing
Though you are clearly blaming
Me
For refusing to accept
That you have changed
From the person I
Fell in love with
Perhaps it is
You who is the bad person
I do not know if there
Needs to be one
Best wishes
To you

My love
I push too many buttons
In my mind
I feel as if I'm just saying what
Every One
Is thinking
I do not mean to push
Buttons
Because
That's just another word for
Annoying
My badd
Because I can't be any other way
Most people do not like me
But I still love them
And when somebody loves me
They call me on my *******
I welcome constructive criticism
And I also Practice it
My badd if I love you in the
Wrong way

Us And Everyone Else
There are two kinds of people
"Us" and "Everyone else."
Though the notion of Us is fluid
To some, it's all about wealth
Others think it is color
Or nationality
But mostly, when we say "Us,"
We mean "People who think just like me."

Annoying
I annoy most people
That's just my thing
I don't intend to be annoying
Maybe I shall try to attach it to a form of mental illness
"Her illness is she annoys the **** out of everyone around her.  She cannot control it."
If I can do that, nobody would get to ***** about it.

Fortune Cookies
Your poems remind me of
Fortune cookie inserts
Offering advice
Instead of wisdom
Without good advice
Or
Enough stupidity to be entertaining
And fortune cookies are so **** bland
When paired with bland fortunes
But maybe those in the far East
Will find your poems exotic
Pay no attention to my critique
Because I don't know ****

Un-understandable
It is hard for me
Someone who has been through all the worst life has to offer
To understand depression
I want to empathize
And a big part of me does
I remind myself that depression is not linked through life's circumstance
But a chemical reaction of the brain
As someone who has had a brain explosion
I understand the inhospitality a brain can put upon you
I am sorry for your troubles
Even if I cannot understand them
Maybe that's the thing about mental illness
It is un-understandable

Unfollow
I followed a poet
But her views seemed to shift
We had nothing in common
And I felt the rift
Whenever I saw her poetry
I thought "other people will look at me
And see, I've followed this nutty freak"
I wasn't sure what to do
I didn't want her to get a notice

Serious
Please, don't take it so seriously
It's only poetry
In your poem
You can count
Twelve, six, three
You can make the sky green
Or Mother Theresa mean
You can create anything
Maybe make dogs sing
You can misspell words
However you choose
It's your world
You can't lose
It's your poetry
Don't take it so seroousLee

Bogus Buggar
This buggar stuck to my finger
No matter how much I rub and flick
The **** thing won't come loose
It's surely making me sick
I tried to give it time to dry
But it's wet as wet can be
No matter how hard I try
This thing is so **** gooey
I can't put it back in my head
And surely not in my mouth
I guess I have no choice
But wipe it under the couch
Don't act like you've never done it

He is the boy from the ghetto
Who was the example
That made me set my standard
So high
I can not fit my opinion to what your situation might be
I cannot express myself freely
Constantly worrying I might hurt someone's feelings
Because they had a traumatic history
Or present
And if you think I'm out of line
Please state so
At the time
And put me in my place
In public
As it should be
If you send me a private
Guilt trip message
I don't want to see it.

This guy done disappeared on me
Well, not exactly
But I'm feeling neglected
Although he owes nothing to me
When he comes back, he'll see this
And probably freak out
Wondering if I'm some ******
Who's gonna start to bug out
It's doubtful that I will
