When going against ever instinct
It's hard to believe we're making the right call.
Knowing how our bodies would be in sync
I still fight against myself beyond these four walls.
Letting these feelings grow
yet, like plants, some may die.
It's really hard to let go
but, some things are worth giving a try.
Watching her with another
could rapidly increase my heart.
She'd be a fantastic mother
and I'd be sure to fill my part.
Good moments shall come
all just in a perception of time.
Fate has a funny way of showing things
making you think it's all a lie.
When two people truly care
they'll always be drawn towards each other,
they can sense a matter of despair
but, that's what it means to be lovers.
I won't change, know matter what she may do.
A feeling of morose, may be the only clue.
Yet, I can still laugh with life, to keep pulling on through
and all the wishes that I'v made, is for you do the same too.
