It has long been known that the law enforcers aka police know the limits of their abuse.
Before they are required to face disciplinary from high up.
The jury, afraid to convict officers operating without common sense approach to the rules and regulation of the force.
So they operate under "I got the power" to harass and to intimidate to direct you by the badge authority.
Judges, afraid to use "common sense" to reel them in by the power they have.
So someone got "killed", people don't know the things officers face daily.
And citizens are aware of racial bias shown toward certain groups.
No one keeps tap upon the many "male" officers having affairs.
Why?
Because it won't be a slim number in the loop at all.
And many have heard some officers state "This badge" gives me this power to enforce whatever?
Well, unless they run into a wealthy source close to the judge.
That alone is another story.
