Sway the right way, while going wrong
Delivery's weak, but his talk is strong
What's the point?
To talk lip? Impress?
To act, walk and talk slick, but the reality is that you repress
That which you need to express
The right to 'speak your mind', against 'pleasing them' takes second place
That's not right?
For a man not to be able to hold his own, stand his ground... or, if necessary
Fight
Dignity's hidden like a shadow in the night
That's what you get for conforming to the system, being 'proper'... a piece of the puzzle
Like a dog roaming the mean streets in a muzzle
I pity these people
Who always look up to others
And will never know how it feels  to be better... or even
Equal
Sad people.
BiZZiLL da' WORDSMITH.
never give up hope always believe its there
always keep your faith and tell youself you care
when life it gets a burden and the going it gets tough
dont give up and tell yourself that you have had enough
hope is always there when everything has gone
have faith and hope together and your life will carry on
This man hides emotions

Hides them like a disguise

Afraid to show them again

Hiding behind blue eyes

Maybe he can express them

Come to again realise

Someone can hold his heart

And I can no longer hide behind  blue eyes

When It happens
Its mostly common
I fall.
Usually Very hard
l slip.
and free fall into the deep blue depths of the sea
I make it knees length into the ocean
Because you are there
You save me from sinking.
Everytime.
Its you.
Go then! I in truth did trust and build,
It was never love, was it?
Far from those beloved shores we both did live
Even though I more than love did give.

"O, why did you hurt me so?
My life in shadows is now stormed and clawed,
I shall embrace the oceanic art of nature's
Mourning laughter."

And you?

Already you sail into the breezy arms of conceit,
Get drunk on freedom's beguiling waters of deceit,
I revealed all with this my liberated heart
But you tore apart my soul's timber before we could on love's trek embark.

Shawntay
you know that feeling.
when you look in her eyes,
and you know, its not just that you see them anywhere you go,
all over the world.
but its all of the world, all that you know, all that you love
reflected in those eyes,
back at you.

blue and green,
when seen
in those eyes in which you stare at so desperately,
separately,
are the colors not only of the land and the sea
but the shades of the strings,
clinging you
to reality.

Cliché though it might be
to suggest that she
in her eyes, in her soul
that she had the key,
she has the key
to that which holds all things dear to me,
i see
no other way to describe that feeling she leaves
in me
when i look in her eyes, and there sits she
hand in hand
staring back at me.
It may be impossible to perfectly portray,
How joyfully you walked the meadow away.
To sit against your reading tree on a beautiful day,
Oh, the words of love I could not bring myself to say.

How close might we have grown?
If in that moment I had known,
To kneel, to beg God to postpone --
An illness unseen, a fate unknown.

As your head -- fell to rest,
I thought no other could be so blest.
As to nap in the place they loved best,
Though your heart lay idle inside your chest.

There, in the meadow - beside your tree,
Is where I placed a rose for thee.
For it was your favorite place to be,
And where I keep you in my memory.

When you came near I always fled,
My heart felt love, while my brain saw red.
And now my hands hold my head,
'I love you, my lovely dead'...

What is hiding there behind those eyes
Secrets I cannot see
Deeply hidden from my view
Reveal them now to me

Tell me what you dream about at night
What your desires are
Where you want to go from here
And is it very far

I want to know what makes you smile
Brings tears into your eyes
Tell me now where you have been
And what makes you sigh

Show me now what I cannot see
While looking from afar
Your secrets they are safe with me
Tell me who you are

The soft heavens above
gently let their children
fall to the ground, small
sparkling baby diamonds
land delicately on top of
one another, cuddling together,
sharing all they have
to give; their icy warmth
and soft touch
before the sun wrenches apart
the protective clouds and
turns her heated gaze
at the resting newborns
the scale derails
im walking on egg shells
it might as well be nails

I am so distant from you all
Im alone in the halls
I cant be a normal girl.

So carefree-
gossip, makeup and the malls.
Thats not me

alone.
I was.
I am.

But Not Forever.
