Thick skin through these tough times, it's hard, but with time they get better. Work harder instead of being all up in the drama. Lazy employees telling you NO or it's never going to happen for you. Don't be discouraged believe in yourself when others make you feel worthless.
Making it seem like what you do doesn't matter or mean anything. Sometimes it's all you know helping you progress and grow.
Being strong and tough eventually wanting to break down shed some tears take moment to compose yourself then bounce back, keep building on what's given. Making the most of things thankful for all the blessings. Tired of facing family because everyone's ego and pride is more important than blood.

Quick to attack get burnt out give them a chance to escape. You played with them before going for the ****. It was a trap giving them a chance from playing the victim to being the one making the ****. Never underestimate your opponent keep practicing training hard don't let them live free in your head causing distractions losing focus. Making you feel like it doesn't matter or mean anything. You've been doing it for some time it's become your life. Hours of training for a few minute fights a big event the time to shine put all the training to use. Making moves and moving up the next level.
The warrior within being a civil gentleman life was the big fight.
Dealing with a terrible lead who does nothing acting like he does everything. Loving the job working around lazy people moving up taking charge. A failed relationship an ex that claims to have moved on still taking cheap shots. His family another obstacle instead of having your back being supportive.
Not talking just doing the work fading our of the drama so many rigged arguments that are pointless. Taking the blame standing for a lost cause. Walking away because the lessons could lead to more or leave you confused wonder *** happened?

Just because we are related doesn't mean you know me. You dk my my story or what I've done. Just because you talk over me doesn't make you right. Don't tell me how to live my life when you used and stepped on people to get where your at. Minding my mouth and business not fighting to stay or arguing to be heard.

Sad how you twist and turn the narrative acting like you've done no wrong pointing the blaming judging everyone. Trying to turn the family against you thinking you're superior in the end your mouth will double cross everyone you care more about being right than what you do to others. Knocking everyone instead of being open minded

Sometimes people have nothing on you so they act your image because they can't win or get their way. All you could do is ignore them the more they talk they'll dig their grave and get caught up. It's easier to walk away they'll try to tarnish your image but it's a reflection of theirs that they are projecting on you.
Seeing them mistreat others it was only a matter of time till they fling their bad vibes your way. Not wasting time or energy on them focused on work and better skills with practice. Using energy in a positive way instead of lowering yourself to be liked seeking approval of others. Their views have no say or control on how you live your life so make the most of things.

It felt like the world was against you some alway mad or hating trying to take you down. Once you stop comparing and blaming your self the weight of the world shifts away. Trying to make miserable people happy stealing your joy because they are never satisfied. Doing your own thing what you love what makes you happy.
After the heartache of thinking highly of others that don't value or respect you. Seeing the best in them as they project the worse on you. Breaking away is the best feeling doing it for yourself without criticism or negative nagging in your ear. Missing certain people but if they aren't good you don't need them bringing you down.

We all have that friend who's a total tool bag when he would drink. Everyone is thankful he got sober. Most people are forgiving because that person made an effort to change.
This person talks like he's righteous making it seem like he was loyal to everyone during his dark times he used and stepped on people to get what he wanted for his own selfish gain.
This guy was easily forgiven never saying sorry while others beg for an apology and never forgiven a second chance. What's annoying is how quick these wrong doers say what others have done instead of admitting what they've done wrong. Trying to remain on a high horse instead of doing the right thing.
Cutting off people with hidden agendas dealing with that has been rough. They'll prosecute others but when it's them it's justified a debate talking their way out of it instead of owning up

The first kiss was charged while it became emotionless over time. She was continually angry never happy or satisfied. He did his thing it was seen as the worse but when she did her stuff it was pardoned everyone expected to turn a blind eye. He remained loyal she drove him crazy because she couldn't get her way.
He was use to no and never got his way. She'd try to manipulate everything in her favor even if it meant destroying everything around her. Things never made sense not able to grasp her concepts. She would tear his world down trying to change him

He liked her but didn't feel worthy. It was what he wanted but it didn't feel right. Everything felt rushed or unresolved forced made out to be something it wasn't.  Scared to lose her but he never had her.
She was with someone else and he watched her from a distant. A friend with a crush becoming a distant stranger. From hearing her complain about her relationship to an awkward silence. It was a done deal he didn't know how to fix it or make things right a lost cause.
He let go walked away feeling like he left part of himself behind. It he waited around he'd feel dead inside hating himself more. Never had a chance or made a move he felt the vibe there was chemistry he wanted to believe but there was always a roadblock or conflict of interest that kept them apart.

These moments felt so good but it's time to let go. Live stop living in the past a flashback fades. Memories forgotten and blocked out not there anymore. Fighting to be hear earning respect trying to do good while everyone does bad.
He wanted to do right while being prosecuted by everyone because he wasn't involved in the drama.
He loved his family they are grown men everyone too proud to ask for help if you say NO they are quick to talk bad about you. Gave advice no one listened their way is the only way rather than trust in God's way and God's plan.
What he loved didn't love him back no longer wanting to be part of the world that wronged him. He showed everyone love and respect even though they are going through stuff. Stood his ground didn't give up on himself to be accepted.

Why can't we talk be friends like the old days. We act like strangers like we don't know one another. Where did it go wrong hard to make sense of it all. Taking blame with no reason or closure seeking inner peace. The term oil within burning hot scorching within. Not wanting to replace people but quick to be replayed on their end. Saying sorry never forgiven trying to make things right. Felt like things got worse.
Walking away seen as the bad guy in their story meaning well things taken out of context. Running with all the lies instead of fighting to prove them wrong. People he seen as friends betrayed his trust. He respected them as they treated him as a joke. He lived life trying not to fall into a routine

He loved her but they could never be together there was someone else. He admired her most of all respected her even though she ended up with the wrong guy. She was getting played cheated on but fighting to make it work.
Once she got in a relationship, she gave up on their friendship.
He was there through the tough times he'd learn that his chapter was over in his life forgotten left in the past. They'd cross paths from friends to complete strangers. Both doing their own thing the future divided them. Desired different things instead of each other.

He was reliable others flaked stuck stepping it up. Running out of things to say choosing peace over arguing stopped comparing, everyone does their own thing. Minding my mouth and business making remarks to be funny but making people mad. Not hard to do just having an opinion. Writing to tell stories get out. Trying to heal be a whole over the empty pass that tried to steal joy of the present. Not use to people being nice but it's the best feeling ever. Doing the right thing even when no one is looking is rewarding.

The girl next door everyone liked her so you had no interest. Pretending not to care but there was emotions that remained hidden. She seemed to like everyone expect you. You heard her complain about her bf and going back to the exes that continued to hurt her.
You got hurt because there was nothing you could do. Acting on those urges would lead to losing her as a friend. Felt like everything went wrong trying to protect her. Eventually you fade out focused on those rare good times. That brought joy from a tough child hood. Memories faded away moving hard to do but became second nature.

He closed his eyes to relax compose himself. While his opponent used muscle burning out. Being yelled at "why are you closing your eyes?" Staying collected waiting for the moment to counter and strike back from defense to offense. Trying to take control of the situation bounce back from all the criticism. He could see those haters faces knowing his time and moment would come where they'd be quiet because he proved them wrong.
Being told no but was doing it. Being disrespected but still having respect for people who ran their mouth. Knowing they aren't better that's why they keep talking. Knowing the sport trying to improve grow within stay involved even as age limits movement. Trying to stay active and healthy for the most part challenging the mind to do more the body to never quit keep pushing through all the tiredness.
From a bad team to making his own liking when people bring put the best in him instead of the worse. He wanted to grow with that team if they won he would feel proud to be part of it. But if things went wrong he'd get back into his lab come up with new ideas and drills to be much better learn from the mistakes improve on the good new strategies a new game plan for the next match.

From trying to be a team player to handling business and going home
Over all the gym politics some people had help where he had to work to pay for his classes
Work took him away from practicing what he loved.
His so called team gave him crap lots of time conflict and restrictions
Trying to enjoy himself excluded by those arrogant practitioner.
Feared another injury trying to get better feeling like a tackling dummy
Trying to perfect the technique use what was learned apply what's being taught
Wanting to work and compete but it felt like an off season. Learning it'd out there you have to seek it no one will get you there you have to want it.

Making the most of what's given

Becoming emotional detached was more common than getting your hopes up. Tiredof being disappointed and let down by people he thought cared about him.

She got a bf the guy; who liked her missed his chance. Never took the risk thought there was time. Things change so quickly from flirting to seeing and hearing she's with someone else. A hard pill to swallow take in without any regrets.

He didn't clash with people but some treated him bad he took it. The day he spoke up everyone would try to come at him. He didn't overreact or lose his cool because they came at him acting savage so he stayed civil. They wanted him to make a scene turns out no reaction was the best solution.
He wouldn't let them twist his words or make him feel bad pick at him thinking he was weak. They try to insult you and expect you to be rational you trust them but you feel squeezed you know they wouldn't do the same for you.

Trying to feel it see it before trying to make it a reality. Sometimes it can't be seen but does happen. Wondering about that life even though it doesn't happen right away. Was it worth it does it matter anymore. Weighing in on all the burdens the sacrifice that would be made.
Giving up what he loves thinking something better will turn up giving up things that mattered asking what priorities will contribute or cause backsliding moving forward is hard after being anchored down. Free of the back breaking weight learning to move without feeling tormented by the past wanting to move without an coming back to claim him like abandoned territory because someone new came into his life taking him serious not playing games.
Meet new friends that don't talk **** because he was trying to bring them along but they decided to peel off to do their own thing that blew up in their face.
Find a partner family will accept instead of being put in the middle having to play peacemaker while his relationship went to crap trying to keep everyone happy. Stayed away feeling kept out because you run your mouth talking about everyone. You dk their story or situation expecting everyone to explain themselves while you debate all your faults and failures to justify everything. Others have no choice and wear the labels place on them.
It's rare when someone who says NO and denies all the crap. Not taking the group ******* or letting a group of moronic followers influence. Eventually all the egos will conflict with one another. The struggle for power to be right. Making everyone miserable because they want to run the show.

The love was infatuation thinking it was real she wasn't the one. His heart stuck on her. She didn't value or appreciate him he wanted her even more. He couldn't get enough he made excuses for her but he hated being wrong thinking he could fix something that was beyond repair.
He seen her with other men and it gutted him from the inside out. She was lusting a  girl with freedom that took everyone and thing for granted. She didn't explain why it was over but you could feel it. She was cold and heartless after being affectionate open to you. Stirring your feelings and emotions causing confusion and anger due to the lack of communication. Not having a say not responsible for her feelings that left everyone emotional. She cried because she couldn't explain her actions the reasons for her conduct towards lovers who she lusted after leaving them in torment

Loving family unconditional even if they cuss you out. Disrespect you because they dk how to cope or deal with their emotions. Letting their feelings get the best of the situation wanting you to talk to them not willing to listen.
Acting like they are better than you thinking they have the upper hand being ignorant. Expecting you to lower yourself to be accepted. Asking your opinion but real want you to side with them say what they want to hear. Dealing with the problem stop looking for excuses. Complaining about a bf that is egotistical but staying loyal looking like a fool. While a brother who cheats on a girl he doesn't like follows everyone not having an opinion of his own. As an older sibling watching this insanity they have the never to call you the crazy one for being single wanting a healthy relationship not emotional crutch of a partner.

Thanksgiving should be about family but with mine there is always drama some act like the world is about them while others complain but stay in that situation. People never change I respect  you've moved up. Just because you treat people bad doesn't mean you have the right to do it.
Some accept it while others won't tolerate that conduct. Not into one sided relationships sick of how people talk about others behind their but kiss *** to their face. Seen them better than myself but they act the worse because you have an opinion you spoke your mind. Trying to tell you how to live when they aren't even living up to the imaginary bar set for others.
We all have that one sibling who thinks because they are tall and thicker than everyone acting like they could beat everyone up talking to everyone disrespectful and expecting respect. After a while you shut it down not empowering that nonsense.
Trying to see people as an equal but some think they can step on people to rise up or use others then drop them like it's hot. Annoyed with phony people who believe in their hype all that talk and not backing it up. Been trying to move up by working hard sick of people putting up road blocks who do nothing for you. Making it about them when they try to steal your credit. Act like they are the mastermind when they are basic and boring trying to steal the spotlight.

The dating pool has been like jumping into a shallow puddle of mud. Taught to be a provider times have changed. Relationships don't hold value all the perks but no commitment. Being used then set free wanting more but stuck with less. An open relationship would not work one wants to be the one not one of many.
Asking what do you bring one relies on looks not contributing. Not equal one constantly gives and its never enough while the other continues to take and can't get enough never happy or satisfied. Ruining things once control is lost when they cheat blaming others for their actions.
Judging isolating people who don't agree or give into their commands. Taking advantage of the weak once someone strong comes along they are mistaken a threaten fool trying to take others down for defense.
