Doesn't always get the girl
Had her for a shirt time
Hardest working part timer
Still not a full timer yet
Others able to vent
Never able to share
Opened up to be ignored
Closed off prefer to be alone
All of a sudden others are interested

Siblings always arguing
Would rather be writing
Parents use to be on drugs
Always fighting with one another
Use to be at the track after school
Hated being home a drifter roaming
A wander lost to find a way
Trying to find the promise land
A broken home no hope of change
Started over somewhere new
Felt ready for the world came up short

Working with the boss
Doing all the boss work
Not getting paid the same
Not getting any of the credit
Fear of speaking up
Might regret it
Never had anyone over head
Did work and kept things flowing
Will never brown nose or **** up
Working hard to move up
Always going the extra mile
The unsung hero giving everything
Took pride in work harder integrity
Not riding coat tails working for glory
Pushing through staying strong
Finding confidence wanting to quit
Work for two shouldn't be this way

A long day of work
Got home to a four legged friend
He barks and his tail ways
Happy to see you after a long day
You sit down the furry critter follows
Sits on you licks your face
Such a warm greeting
A true friend with love
Hard to come by now a days
Happy to see you even at your worse
Likes walks and never alone

Don't care to be involved
Would rather know the whole story
Some thing is missing or left out
Woke up took a time out from
From the routine stayed in bed
Tired of walking egg shells
Spoke the truth someones offend
Others offend without any thought
Considerations for others situations
What others are going through
Try to understand others
Before coming to conclusions
Making assumptions to dismiss ppl
Don't take frustration out on others
An overthinking person the process
