everything you told me
why did it sound so beautiful
when the way you moved
looked so ******* ugly

my senses can't be failing me.
i believe you now when you show me who you are.
I HATE IT!!!!
How my emotions can now get the best of me.
All it takes is one sad show, one sad movie, one sad:
story,
book,
life tale,
song,
I don’t even need some sad trigger and I am at the beginning again  standing at a shore that looks into a vast sea.
An: angry,
sad,
depressed,
dying and in agony ocean with each fish holding some sort of painful memory.  No this sea is not calm.
Each time I think I am getting better, WRONG, I am just a ticking time bomb.
Yep, that is right I just EXPLODE, BOOM!
Do you want to know what it feels like?
Well guess what, I will tell you anyway:
you are decaying from the inside out,
your heart feels like it is on fire and melting onto your rib cage, dripping on each and every other *****,
your brain thinking so many things at such an accelerated rate you can hardly make it out but at same time it is thinking nothing,
you are in so much pain you can not even shout, even harder to type these words down, I probably sound like a clown.
Tears? FORGET IT, you ran out of those long ago.
I always tell myself:
there are people who have had it worst than I, it is true I can not deny.
Look at me though, this is PITIFUL.
I envy:
those who cut themselves,
or try to commit suicide.
They get help, they can not hide.
It is funnier because if you saw me on a street this is not what you would see.
I would be as happy as a bumblebee.
The Ride Of Your Life

It begins as you are just a child
As you wait each year to grow
You watch as others go there first
Then you reach your stepping stone

They say there's rules to this ride
And try to lock you in your place
You begin your uphill journey
With a smile upon your face

You go slowly up a long steep hill
As you enjoy the scenic view
Then you rest a moment at the top
As time stands still for you

You crest the hill and begin to fall
Heart beating in your chest
The bottom comes so very fast
But your rides not over yet

You hit that curve you dont expect
And you hang on for your life
It throws you through a loopty loop
Then it rights you just in time

A few more hills and one last turn
Then a slow unwanted stop
You're happy that you took life's ride
But Lifes ride's not long enough

Carl Joseph Roberts
The story of life with many ups and downs.
At times it throws you curves and send you spinning.
In the end like any good ride, im guessing,  you're going to want to do it all again.
Enjoy lifes ride you only get one.

Barely used
(But it kinda depends on who you ask)
Highly guarded
(Except when sweet-talked...)
Like new
(Except a few foot prints)
Highly Valuable
(Although it has sold for less)
Full of love
(Well, what's left anyway)

the nodding snowdrops cannot compete
with the ornamental grass swaying in the wind.
The pathway to the pond is unsteady
its wet ground giving way,
no room for the artist to paint.
The threatened rain has not arrived
whilst  the camelias gives a sad hue
of what should have been

"Ooh, you look happy today!"

I tell him he's seeing things.

"Alright, sunshine. Who is he?"

I laugh. Really, I can't hold it back.

"Don't laugh! I know the signs!"

I laugh again. How can he tell?

"You're laughing, but those gold eyes are telling me I'm right! Who is he?"

I give up. I describe you, of course, but leaving out... minor details.

I tell him that you're one of the most intelligent people I know.
I tell him that you're beautiful (that should have tipped him off).
I tell him that I care about you more than I ever thought possible.

"He sounds like a great guy. You like him a lot, don'tcha?
He better not hurt you. Let me know if I have to beat him up for you."

I double over in laughter. He's a fool.

"But you still didn't tell me his name, sunshine. What is it?"*

I lean in close and grab his tie, which smells like the alcoholic drinks he mixes.

**"Her name is Rachel."
I've found a friend in Mark. He seems genuine and trustworthy. He is one of the people I look forward to seeing every Saturday night, standing behind the bar.
