Oil of clove and wing of bat
Eye of newt and hair or cat
I bet she mumbles to herself
As she shops like everyone else
Rams her cart into everyone
A proper witch she has become
Wait until she checks out today
And sees what treats have come her way
For ramming your shopping cart into me
Wins a prize for you he he
The check girl is all a singer
For KY jelly and some rubbers
At 80+ you should know better!
Do not leave your cart unattended
Vengeance is mine say the wounded shopper

We go way back
To bits of boys

We shook hands
He crushed his can
So I crushed mine

We walked
We biked just like we used to
He's done well, we both have
In our different ways

Some things we didn't need to say
It was there
Funny slightly scary he remembers
Stuff I had forgot

Oh my god
He knows me better than
I know myself

Big wide gaps we strode across
Filled them up in seconds flat

Left me feeling good
There's no substitute
For a friend like that

Princess Lollypoppy is going to school
Albeit kiddy school, it's still school
Many friends will she make
Possibly some hearts she would break
Maybe now's a good time for her to gather her troops
For the kingdom she intends to overtake
Surely three and four year olds will listen to her
She'll give them lollies in exchange for their loyal regard
Her plans are in motion
A coup is underway
Wait a minute, what is Prince Lollypoopsie doing in the door way!
my little niece is going to nursery and so's her little brother :)

A zero on its own may hold no value
But add a zero to 10 and behold you get a 100
And the value of zero seems to increase exponentially
Just think in terms of 100,000, add a zero and walla! it's 1,000,000

So, it gives rise to the question
What is really the value of zero
Does Zero mean nothing?
Or does it depend on how you place it?

What if a manager said, 'the production showed zero growth rate'
Would the management shout in glee or consider firing?
Is it silly to think zero is valueless when logically
adding zero at the end of any number only makes it more by tens?

Yes, I'm certifiably crazy but that is not the point!
The point is life is full of paradoxes
So why is that we adamantly stick to one theory of belief
When any number of theories could be true or not
like birth and death and yes of course 'God'!

I saw ripples
Dimple into little dents

And they ruptured through
The door and into
My living room

Tiny sun filled slices
Sliced straight through

Tore my flesh
In molten sinew breath

My barrel pressed
To my head
And leveraged
With the depth

Of the situation

But patience
Patience wasn't my virtue

And I was blind
Blind but
Saw it through

Alive in death
The death before the
  ..booom

In the warmth
The warmth
Of the sunlit
Living room

Burning too

I was born an agnostic, though I knew not what one was
As a child I was taught religion, though I knew not of gods
I was indoctrinated to believe in god, but there was no evidence too be seen
As I teenager I was taught science, the proof was all around me
I began to question god, and I began to embrace atheism
I was told I was a bad person, I had no morals or faith
Yet my faith in mankind lay in all creeds not just yours
As an adult I had learnt enough to know, to know I was an agnostic
Those who believed in god believed themselves good and for that, would be rewarded in an afterlife
Those who disbelieved in god, believed in this life and practiced good
Much has been done, good and bad under the banners, in  the name of god and good
I'd rather see things done in the name of mankind
For we are mankind not godkind
We never were
