snow comes early this year
in southern climes

- records broken

radio man talks
of a warming globe

- a broken record

seas have risen
many, many times
and frozen, too

- in southern climes

have I shown you
my wooly mammoth tooth?

it's very old.

Min Blue
I left you a note
Hidden away
No chance of finding
There to decay

It was my adieu
A tragic ending
To my darling, my love
I bid you farewell

They'll all suppose
It was an unexpected flee
But I hope you see
And understand

T'was never unexpected
Only concealed
At the back of our minds
Calling but left **unanswered
because goodbyes might seem unexpected but it never is. we can feel it in our hearts, we just don't entertain it.

a darkening fog
swallowing
the shadow
of a black dog

following - following
close behind

- it is a hollow
feeling -
this war
inside

at evening tide
- a darkening.
