One day

One day our hands will intertwine into a beautiful melody of rugged innocence. And our love will run through heads and sit at our feet.
You won't even question it, neither will I.

We are notorious for preferring the simple.

One day something in both of our brain will click and then the pavement from your door to mine won't seem so boring.

One day.......
I just haven't met you yet...

Brush stroke of lips on innocent skin.

First kisses are always the hardest ones to predict.

Is all concrete below ephemeral skies,
To think what is now as already made,
Riding lone, the plateaus of a minds eye,
Or is whole of nature purest esplanade?

Thinking hard about you
I got on the bus
and paid 30 cents car fare
and asked the driver for two transfers
before discovering
that I was
alone.

A metallic gate, it stood fast and
Unwavering

First a closing, then an opening, for those that
Push-on

An own design, created by the
Mind

To wander and search in this
Wasteland;

Of this plagued mind... for the
Cure

Eluding and hiding, those that are
Searching

That most wondered, if it even
Existed

Was it false, or could it be
Truth...

That we are the reason, of not reaching, not
Thriving

Set within this reality, keeping this depressed
Mentality

To being deceived by those, that wanted a grim
Reality

But like any fog of the mind, there is light of
Clarity...

To hold on to , to guide
You
Standing for the limitation that ourselves and others create for us; and the individual trying to find a way to break down that barrier that is holding us back from our full potential.

I had the flu
When I was eight
Twenty seven
Blankets on top
Couldn't stop
My shivering

At five o'clock
In the eaveing
I got a hand
free from the pile
And saw the inch
Between the tips
Of my fingers

In every vein
was the same inch

Lump in my throat
One inch in size
Sinuses too

Everything = One

Then it would change
Fingers double apart
Throat double filled

Everything = Two

Then

Tilting my head
Twenty Seven
Degrees eastward
Focusing out
Bedroom window

A megazord
In my backyard

In every vein
My sinuses
And down my throat
I had the flu

Drama dropping down  .  .  .
Starlings squabble on the lawn,
Soon as here— they're gone.
