Take me.
Take me with you
into your world where
the sun sets teal
and the sky bleeds music.

You can say that it is beautiful, but
my breath will only be taken away
when I look left
at you.

Your pure essence presses down
against my ribs, and I joke
that I am smothered.
Really, you ignite a flame
in me that your slender fingers
keep smoldering with
each bruise on my thigh.

I promise you that
I wouldn't hurt me, but it is okay
if you do.

It's easy to pretend
that your sharp teeth
were made to leave holes of your love,
rather than holes for my heart
to spill at your feet.

You push me away but
it is just another game;
I can be knocked down but I
will always win if I
capture you
again.

Take me.
Take me with you
into your world where
the wine seas push water
to lap against my coffin.

Lackadaisical nostalgia is the
only print
right from you.

In her own words,
I imagined how nice
it would be between her & me.

Such a scenario is indeed,
delicious to contemplate.
Soft-sunlight peers in
from under bamboo blinds,
intertwined candles
burn from the previous night,
we do not fight our fiery-intentions.

Her precious body lies under me,
I feel her chest on mine,
grip her sweet lady-hips
fully engaged,
move rhythmic & with gentle care,
melodic.

As she arches her back,
I discover her soul,
release within her,
flow warmth as she shudders,
me growling low,
whispering her name,
she sighs contentment,
holds tighter,
I feel her move.

We collapse enraptured,
kiss, hug, squeeze,
inhale each other,
then continue on to our slumber,
me inside of her still,
both satiated.

I feel
So very unlike me

passive
quiet
small

I will forgive you everything, anything
Forever

I am here
Forgiving you for unmaking me
For making me
For
Everything
For
Anything.

Forever.

Music I heard with you was more than music,
And bread I broke with you was more than bread;
Now that I am without you, all is desolate;
All that was once so beautiful is dead.

Your hands once touched this table and this silver,
And I have seen your fingers hold this glass.
These things do not remember you, beloved,--
And yet your touch upon them will not pass.

For it was in my heart you moved among them,
And blessed them with your hands and with your eyes;
And in my heart they will remember always,--
They knew you once, O beautiful and wise.

You
I wish I was more than a thought,
but less than a headache.
I wish I was like your favorite song,
instead of just a jingle.
I wish I meant something more than a little,
but a little less than a lot.
I wish I was like your favorite novel,
instead of a small comic strip.
I wish you put me first,
but instead you put me last.

Is quiet noise
Peacefully disquieting
Shredding sanity to zillion
Pieces.
