Laws that get me in trouble.
Mostly for public intoxication
After wandering aimlessly down
Lost streets.
Love I never receive; or gift anyone with either.
Liquor that takes the pain away
If only temporary.
Love fades,
Feelings change,
And the hangover the next morning
Reminds me of why I hate myself
After downing my first shot of alcohol
The night before.
So I start drinking again for breakfast
And the next morning will play out the same.
Endless truths hide behind lies
And luck has never been something I’m  good at.
Life is a game and I can’t ever seem to win,
I lost. I lose. I’m losing.
Over and over again
People call me a lowlife and say I’m going nowhere.
Liquor cures the lonesome for the night
And men tell me they love me.
I believe them.

I hate the word “love.”

I would love to say "I Love You".
But I'm afraid that I'm just in love with the idea of love.
And that makes me sad.

crystalized veins,
and a moon rock heart--
only shooting myself in the foot,
but i like to watch the blood
flow. the stubborn
stalk doesn't need
water to grow.
fool of my own
demise, but you
have to die to
reach heaven.
so i'll stick to my
guns no matter
what.

The rose is a rose,
And was always a rose.
But the theory now goes
That the apple’s a rose,
And the pear is, and so’s
The plum, I suppose.
The dear only knows
What will next prove a rose.
You, of course, are a rose—
But were always a rose.

Hello, old friend
Wish to see old you again
Miss your sweet words

Tears stream down my cheek,
As the thought of old you
Comes to mind

The good times
Are now in the past
With those sweet lies

Goodbye, old friend
I can no longer see old you again
Because we drifted away.
it's my first poem so I hope you like it

Problems are here,
Problems are there.

Some you can fix,
Some you have to bare.

Others are both,
And just make you scared.

But problems only happen,
When you dare,
To try to fix something,
Already there.
