in some ways I believe
there is a world beyond our own
so much greater
so much more beauty

but then I listen to the raindrops
fall softly against my skin
and watch as the sun climbs out
and the rain and sun come together
            complete opposites
to create the elegance of a rainbow

I watch in awe as fields of rolling bluebells
blow so softly in the breeze
and I listen to the wind
whispering stories to the trees
and the birds chirping back a response

the mystique of the moon and the wonders that it holds
the secrets of women and men that it has never told
I watch as the stars glow softly
thinking that maybe there cannot be a place
even half as beautiful as this

Let me say, Oh I am witty!
You doubted me, what a pity!
Making me feel ******, now
I walk alone in this big city.

My handsome man, Oh I was smitten!
My feelings so alive,
smitten like a kitten, now
I hide. Its my confidence nose dive!!

I have a bleeding heart.
I wish it would restart.
So sad, you want to sleep apart.
I don't think that is smart!!

I've never felt the comfort of your manly grip.
Like an external emotional port;
That's where I took my bleeding heart trip.

P.S....Don't ever give up on the one you love =)
I had a dream about a mask
It was terrifying.
The mask, I mean
I don't remember much about the dream.
The masked man ran around,
Tearing through town,
Taking vengeance on those that had cut him down

Everyone knew he wouldn't
Couldn't
Maim another
Because though through his mask
He became another
He was still a person
Just a person with his soul scared silent
His spirit sealed shut

His mask's mouth was sewn up
Like a doll that had misbehaved,
Said,
"I love you"
"You're my best friend"
Without having its string pulled to say it

The man,
Or rather the mask,
Was chasing a group of kids
Who had threatened a girl
That was very dear to him.
He pinned them down but couldn't speak,
So he bit off his own lips

Suddenly his speech wasn't deformed
And his vendetta didn't matter anymore
He threw himself to the floor and
He wept
He wept tears of unfathomable joy.

Then I woke up
Knowing as I gasped for air
That the dream had passed.
But when I reached up to my face,
I could still feel that mask.
So I started,
Layer by layer,
To peel it back.
Fall in Love with someone.
Fall in love, tomorrow if not today.
Fall in love, for the dark;
Or for the light of day.

Fall in love for restful sleep,
Fall in love to lie awake.
Fall in love to learn to give;
Or maybe just to take.

Fall in love, so you can feel,
Fall in love to numb the pain.
Fall in love to be better;
Or just to be vain.

Fall in love, to make mistakes,
Fall in love to right your wrong.
Fall in love in defiance;
Or maybe just to belong.

Fall in love, for the body,
Fall in love for the heart.
Fall in love to stay forever;
Or even just to part.

Fall in love with beauty,
Fall in love with flaws.
Fall in love for a reason;
Or even just because.

Fall in love for real,
Fall in love to fake.
Fall in love with the lies
Of a ruthless, heartless rake.

Fall in love for the fear,
Fall in love for the joy.
Fall in love for liberation;
Or even as a ploy.

Fall in love, just one time,
Or two, or six, or eight.
Fall in love at first sight;
Or maybe after a long wait.

But fall in love, you must,
For there is nothing quite the same.
If only to write about it;
For your five minutes of fame.
Pain joined in marriage to sadness
From the union
Despair their child
My soul broken into glittering pieces
Diamond tears fell down

My spirits reason for existing
Revenge
A meal I wish to serve
On chilled plate
With a satisfied smile

Days of rage
Days of hate
The passing of time
Clocks hands in minute motion
Turn
On the hour chime
For what is to be
I wait

Justice is blind
But the dead have eyes
To see through deception
On wicked tongue lies

So I cry
To the gods of the universe
Grant my wish
Love avenged
My souls desire

Days of rage

Do you see me, little child,
hiding underneath your bed?
My skin decaying, pulsing green,
my eyes scraped out, my lips bright red.

The light will not push me away,
as you dream of horror.
The blood and intestines of my prey,
mix in with other gore.

Rest your head on your soft white pillow,
now dripping red with death.
Your legs falling down from your bed
are warm with my hot breath.

Mommy comes in late at night,
for she had heard you cry.
But did she know, little one,
that she was the next to die?

Your bed is my holding place,
full of guts and bones.
The sound that lures to your sleep,
is my victims' screams and moans.

My hands have turned to bony claws
that run down your innocent face.
I will make your ****** sweet,
and I will not leave a trace.

I'll chain you up, and lock you up
in a cage just for you,
as you sleep and dream of me,
and the horrible things I'll do.

So go to sleep, my little child,
and of pleasant things you'll dream,
for that's the last thing you will do,
before you give your final scream.
