Tall and white, The Stanley stands atop a hill with might.
A place of beauty and grandeur, a place of mystery and wonder.
Spirits haunt and roam these halls, the whispers of old heard through the walls.
There's Mrs. Wilson sweet and polite, but watch out unmarried couples, she'll give you a fright!
Lord Dunraven with his skivvy ways; the children love to laugh and play.
Mr. Stanley is seen among the billiards; he's still here checking in on his famous figures.
Mrs. Stanley's here too, still playing her piano. She loves it here, her own private Americana.
This place is so much more than "The Shining Hotel."
It's a home for those entities not ready to say farewell.

As I lay in bed I think of you. Wishing & praying you think of me too. Your dark eyes flash in my mind. Calling your name one last time.

When I look up into the sky tonight, I know you see the same moon as me. But I wonder if it makes you think of all we could be?

A girl so strong
A girl so wise
Although she is gone
Her story survives
She never gave up
She always believed
Though young and small
She wore her heart on her sleeve
When others were down
She never did frown
The hope in her heart
The faith in her mind
There's never a word that describes the you girl
To one and all she brought hope to the world
She taught in order to live
One must always believe

Flick, the lighter sounded as the dark room became light.
She knew she would die that day, she couldn't even fight.
One by one the flames engulfed the air around.
She dropped to her knees before the smoke reached the ground.
He has come to **** her, the one with the dark eyes.
He told her that he loved her, but he only spoke in lies.
Her life was slowly ending, but she had just one more chance.
The open window in the back, she saw with just one glance.
She tried to run to save her.
But the blanket of flames forbade her.
This was it, her final breath.
There was no stopping this sudden death.
As the flames raced through her, there was nothing she could do.
She prayed she was a Phoenix, fire bringing something new.
The walls around her fell, there was but one thing to say.
"I'll always and forever love you, even when I pass away.
