Piano keys are like humans,
Both black and white
Alone as notes,
Just producing sounds
But together as chords,
They produce symphonies.
Every one of us has the potential to create harmony in their lives, but that often takes a great deal of collaboration and working together.

Individual sounds won't give you that pleasure and harmony that a musical chord can.

For a colourful life, we must appreciate all colours.

Just because your name
Doesn’t tentatively trip off my tongue
Doesn’t mean it’s not smouldering
My mouth from the inside out
You are the only place I’ll ever belong.

The poetry isn’t in all these words —
It’s in knowing I survived them.
Holy smokes! Thank you everyone for all of the support! I don’t come here too often so I did not expect this; what a beautiful surprise ♥️

My father said,
My dear son I love you very much.

I wept,
surprised by his affection
in the midst of my daily afflictions.
This outpouring
overflowed into my heart
and spilled out with tears.

I went into the room,
Thinking, that you were there,
But the room was empty.
Now, I have all the rooms
Of the entire Universe
Which are half-full and half-empty.

A circle so soft,
I wept tears of happiness,
Finally I’m home.
I’d never felt so loved
