Here on top of a windy mountain path,
you will pass by, and if I could, unspeaker
I would give you my coat.

(II)
Here, up so high, where the sky brushes cheeks
cold blades, mountain dew
falls, sprinkles on your shins,
celebrated by the cold refresher,
I will owe you, I will owe you the newest.

Luminous danger dragon fly,
addle bright as your might, you've given me nostalgia,
Has it been that long? Wind might not tell you
it takes millions years to fill in that
one
shining
hiney.
Inspired by The Autumn Wind by Yamabe no Akahito, which I found on this site. Hi Dustin.

It was another retrieval-order,
he’d been missing forty-eight hours,
tracker beams calculated his
last known whereabouts
in the Tharsis quadrangle.

I didn’t relish this mission,
red dust had been swirling for days
& the winds were picking up speed,
measured at 100 m.p.h.
It was crazy for Snyder
to have gone out in the first place.
I remembered his friendly face,
his jovial demeanor & gracious smile.
I felt sad knowing I’d never seen him again.
He was one of the hardest workers.

All the company could ever talk about
were profits, profits & even more profits.
We all knew the risks,
it went with the territory.
Out here on the perimeter,
on the edge of tomorrow,
we lived our lives three-dimensionally,
another day, another dollar, another ***** shirt.
It was the same **** here
as those days we had
back on good ‘ole planet Earth,
working for greed.

it's hard to crack a
coconut while
sitting under the
water;
in order to understand
the fundamentals of a
broken heart
you've got to know the
secrets of the soul

wait.

99% of human beings
are enchanted
and to lick the moon
you don't always have to
travel to mars.

Now wait.

I created a ray to save the world.
We had come too far,
had lost ourselves, it seemed to me
and we were taking the Earth along with us
into the abyss.

Too much knowledge: too much thought.
We needed to go back.
And so I created the Great Devolver Ray
and stood, trembling, by the trigger.

This would return us
to our basest animal selves.
Would tune us perfectly into Nature,
re-thread us into the fabric of Creation
destroy the wall between Natural and Unnatural.

Pure uncorrupted survival: nothing more.

And so I stood, on the brink,
unsure as all great revolutionaries must be,
put my hand in place,
and pushed.

And the ray burst forth
and we were transformed
into the pure ******* creatures that Life demanded.

And absolutely nothing changed
at all.

A mind is a glorious thing to have.
Mine is a weapon and a tool.
My problem is
I love to think.
I think impossible things, I dream in paradox and theory.
This mind
Can work like a machine,
Gears and motors whirring,
Excitement firing on all pistons,
Ideas flying like sparks,
Inspiration billowing like steam.
But.
If left unused, if not oiled and polished
And constantly working
It turns in on itself
With a sawblade whine
And a merciless drive.
If not always occupied
This mind is a steal trap
Snapping shut on my neck,
Snagging every worry and fear
But letting all the comfort slide right through the grate like
Powdery ash.
Precision and cruelty
Go hand in hand in here
And the other face of awe
Is always chaos.

I had a dream where
we stood on a meadow,
staring into the night sky,
forcing the stars to appear
in their full eternal glory.
As the stars slowly
began to reveal themselves,
splashes of orange and yellows,
blues and greens,
reds and pinks,
were orbiting around us.
The planets have come out
to dance their dance
and to sing their songs.
We looked up,
and there was a sense of
total completion.
You reached into my mouth
and pulled out a planet
created purely by being pressed
and pressed by the heat of my organs.
You pulled it out
and threw it to the sky.

"I lost myself that day. . ." I thought.
I woke up.

Standing on Heaven, by oak trees and maple
Seeking truth in self as daylight burns purple
A stance of nothing taken for a joke
To mislead followers,
and throw responsibility to the fire

Standing on Heaven, in field of rich poverty
Blinking twice before looking straight
Past far beyond the structure of faces
and deep into the throes of spirit and death and time
where only the sky holds the key
to the door of knowledge and existence

Standing on Heaven, in an attempt to fly
Breaking bones on collapse from high
Coming down to feel the sullen ground,
***** from corporate greed and ignorance
Ah, just another day in Heaven's Hell
Where everyone is someone, forever and more
because humanity is immortal
viewed by the eyes of stature -
Man's egoic need to feel real.

She climbs out of the galaxy
to say hello to Her reflection
in the dripping pool of stars
and molecular consciousness

She climbs out of Her womb
to be born to the Day of Now
and live as She always has lived

She climbs the mountain of Life
to shout Her Prophesies
to the ears of hermetic creatures
with ears tuned to Her voice

She climbs under the radar
of vicious naysayers
and unbelievers,
attempting to surprise them
with Her hidden beauty
and knowledge of All Things

She climbs from Her watchtower
and walks the streets of mortality
and sacrifices Her form
to gain back Her eternal body

She climbs out from the past
to offer Her peace and comfort
to the ill-minded souls
lulling into despair from indecisive hearts

She climbs out of the painting
to inspire the painter with Love
and Vision
and internal wisdom

She climbs for the skies
knowing She'll end up in circles -
an endless loop of here's and there's
and everywhere's

She climbs back out of the laughter
to hear Her echo of life
ring through every dimension of the cosmos

She climbs the wicked winds
to land safely like a dove
on the shoulder of the faithful
and the strong,
never letting up Her hold
on the Card of Fate

She climbs to the Heavens of Her mind
to poetically rearrange Her thoughts
to mirror Her destiny

She climbs down from Herself
and imagines what life would be like
to not exist
and to not imagine
and to not know
to not feel
to climb no longer

She smiles to Herself
as She becomes the climb
and thus, She is

As I stepped out of the space sheltered between them, my feet crunched on the shattered bones of ancient stars. They lay scattered across the nothingness stretched out before me.
I saw life and light glimmering in the cracks and fragments of these bones. As I drew closer to a pool of it, glittering and shifting, I reached out and took hold.
As a dream evades hold when grasped so did this light slip through my fingers, dissolving into the nothing along with the rest of the stars.
Not really sure what this is!

I want to be the abandoned house you snuck into every other night
because there was nowhere else to go.
Slam my trembling frame against the wall like an old vase
and smile as every ***** inside me crumbles like books off their shelf in the midst
of an earthquake caused from the faults inside your knuckles
and underneath your tongue.
I want to be every bad habit that you can't break. When there are no more walls to punch, you can leave holes in my bones instead.
When there's a pit in your stomach that you never can fill,
you can shove me in your mouth with both hands and eat fast
and feel me run down your chin.
You can savor the nausea from overindulgence
and grab the crumbs from off the floor.
You can tip me over and lick me up.
When you can't bite your nails anymore, my throat is welcoming your teeth.
Don't be afraid because this is your last lack of cigarettes;
You can always light me up instead, my love.
I can assure you my screams are more addicting
than what any nicotine can give you.
And me? I'm just addicted to the way 'good girl' rolls of your lips.
I'm addicted to being the reason you can't stop, won't stop, don't stop.
I want to be the response to your calls of desperation.
Listen closely to my hips and answer every question they could ever have with your tongue. Tell my neck things that you could never confess to any preacher,
and beg for forgiveness to my thighs until they've giving every ounce of their blessing
to your neck.
Don't worry about collapsing
I will catch all of you and swallow you whole.
Tell me I moan like an angel, even though I feel like sin.
I love the way my ribs creak when I hear you say my name.

Nothing So Sensuous

Last night, I went back in time and met Alice Liddell in 1862.
Alice Pleasance Liddell, known for most of her adult life by her married name, Alice Hargreaves, inspired the children's classic Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, whose protagonist Alice is said to be named after her.  See her, greet her, in my banner photo, and all will clear.
~~~~~~~~~
nothing so sensuous
as to watch a woman,
nay, a woman child,
brush her hair
in the mirror.
sensuous,
more than sensual,
all my senses
affected.
luxuriating in a gift that
cannot be
bought,
her head titled,
then thrown
from her chest as far back,
your eyes see waves
of chestnut in
slow motion,
the smile on her face
for the knowing that
she has
sorcerer succeeded
in capturing
all of you.
mesmerizer,
she languidly strokes
her hair,
though it needs it not.
no, she brushes you
to your
knees,
your eyes,
see her eyes,
in the mirror,
the woman's sensuality
maddening.
every sense alerted,
you body fired,
far beyond
merely stirred,
she has you,
and then she asks...
would you brush my hair?
have you ever been in love?
have you ever had to tell someone
you no longer loved them
though you still did?
you answer:
Oh yes, Oh may I?
yes, with you totally, at this very instant.
yes, for I
must leave you
and return to
my time, my age,
150 years from now
the only way
I can do that
is to lie to myself,
no, I do not love you
that much,
not that way,
pretense,
for the agony of this
impermissible desire
is such ecstasy,
that I can
only dare to
write of it,
in my time,
lest I fulfill
it in ours.
