Some tar cried from the crows nest, man overboard

yet in fine winds and full sail, we have no time to stop

we just threw him a plank of wood and some cheese

as now the ship was slightly lighter

  

We waved with tears in our eyes

as he cursed our names as we sailed away

the sun was setting and we were forgetting

all about that rollicking jolly jack tar

They wait in whispers sharing the light breeze  

night is upon them and they bathe in it's darkness

we within the wit of the mighty armies

cast our legions to the ground

  

No shadows but ours at keepers gate

they really tried to take us all

they did not think of treachery

they  just thought we would fall

  

The insolence of your disobedience

the errors of your ways

oh yes we have noted

all down times highways

body by body

Oh she could pull us apart with her will

her sudden storms disrupt all communications

the calm in her eye dissolutions you to trust her

whilst in her arms the wonder of peace

as outside are her realms horror and terror

  

Oh she steals the light from us

makes holes in our sails breaking masts

she denies us the strength to pull away

soon all that remain will be fighting in vain

as all will be pulled into the gravity of her black heart

It's ok you know

no need to worry

I am one of them

and I always talk to the dead

  

They love to hear about love

knowing here it still prevails

they push me to the edge

so eager to know more

  

Talking of love to the dead

they know it rips my soul apart

splits my mirror of truth

so sometimes I lie to them

  

Where beauty begs for forgiveness

I drag the lost to light

yet I am still asked by them

knowing I am one of the dead

  

No tenderness do you get

just want and want of the living

I pity those that fear the end

for the dead know the end is coming

you and the others have broken beauties back  

I hear her agonizing screams

as you abuse her again and again

  

As soon as the honeymoon was over

you and your kind tore holes in her heart

ripped at her skin, you all have

and now she lays dying in the dark

  

You will answer for your murderous crimes

I have no sympathy or you

I know what is coming

you will suffer for your foolish ways

  

You have choked her, ***** her

abused her beautiful domain

poisoned her with your greed

our communions of lust and passion

the hours we steal in a heartbeat

the savouring of every caress

  

Our love is in silence

that danger, that forbidden fruit

and we my love

consume each other as if starving  

  

The burn I feel when I look at you

the secret of our desires

the hidden looks we give

so wanting to be bonded again

  

From the cinders of our dark life

I know a child will be born

with the passion of stardust
